First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 27 times

Summary

This study looks at how the body handles a new drug called S-892216 in people with mild, moderate, or severe kidney problems, including those on dialysis, compared to people with healthy kidneys. About 40 adults will take a single dose of the drug, and researchers will measure drug levels in the blood and dialysis fluid. The goal is to understand how kidney function affects the drug's safety and processing, not to treat any condition.
