Summary
This study was a laboratory experiment using blood samples from 20 patients whose kidney disease had returned after previous treatment. Researchers tested several existing drugs in lab dishes to see which ones might best correct an imbalance in the immune system linked to the disease returning. The goal was to gather information to guide future treatment choices, not to directly treat the patients in this study.
