Scientists probe why kidney treatments fail for some

NCT ID NCT04095156

Summary

This study aims to understand why some patients with a kidney disease called membranous nephropathy get better with a specific treatment while others do not. Researchers will closely examine the immune cells of 86 patients and healthy volunteers before and after treatment. The goal is to learn more about the disease and find clues that could predict who will benefit from therapy.
