Summary
This study aimed to understand the link between chronic kidney disease and heart disease risk in older adults. Researchers measured blood vessel health in 101 participants aged 65+ with kidney disease using ultrasound, blood tests, and other non-invasive checks. The goal was to identify early warning signs of future heart problems by studying how well blood vessels function.
