Summary

This study is testing a drug called etelcalcetide in children and teens with advanced kidney disease who are on dialysis. The goal is to see if it safely and effectively lowers high levels of a harmful hormone that can damage bones and the heart. Researchers will monitor 24 participants, aged 2 to 18, over several months to check the drug's effects and safety.
