First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated Jun 11, 2026 · Updated 34 times

Summary

This study tests a three-part treatment for people with advanced kidney cancer. First, doctors block the tumor's blood supply. Then, patients receive two drugs (toripalimab and axitinib) for several months before surgery. After surgery, they continue one drug for a year. The goal is to see if this approach makes surgery more successful and safe. About 40 adults with certain stages of kidney cancer will take part.
