Summary
This study looks at what happens after surgery to remove kidney cancer that has spread to other parts of the body. About 86 people with kidney cancer will have the tumors removed, and then doctors will follow them to see how long they stay cancer-free. The goal is to learn if this surgery is a good way to control the disease and help patients live longer.
