Summary
This study tests whether giving a combination of three drugs (pembrolizumab, belzutifan, and lenvatinib) before surgery can shrink kidney tumors in people with localized clear cell renal cell carcinoma. About 150 participants will receive the drugs for 12 weeks before surgery, then continue with pembrolizumab alone after surgery. The goal is to see if this approach reduces tumor size and helps prevent the cancer from coming back.
