New drug cocktail aims to shrink kidney tumors before surgery

Summary
This study tests whether giving a combination of three drugs (pembrolizumab, belzutifan, and lenvatinib) before surgery can shrink kidney tumors in people with localized clear cell renal cell carcinoma. About 150 participants will receive the drugs for 12 weeks, then have surgery, followed by more immunotherapy. The goal is to see if this approach reduces tumor size more effectively than standard treatment.
