Mayo clinic pioneers dual Kidney-Bladder transplant in early trial

Summary
This study tests whether it is possible to transplant a kidney and a bladder together in people who have both kidney failure and bladder problems. Up to 30 participants aged 1 to 60 will receive the combined transplant and be followed for several years. The goal is to see if the new bladder works well and improves quality of life, while monitoring safety and side effects.
