First human test for new cancer drug combo begins
NCT ID NCT07260305
Summary
This is a first-in-human study to check the safety and find the right dose of a new drug, KGX101, given alone or with another cancer drug called envafolimab. It involves about 57 Chinese patients with advanced solid tumors that have not responded to standard treatments. The main goal is to see how much of the drug the body can handle and what side effects occur, not to test how well it fights cancer yet.
