Summary

This study tested whether a ketone supplement drink could help cyclists recover better during extremely demanding, multi-day races. Eighteen fit cyclists participated, taking the drink after each race stage and before bed. Researchers measured muscle soreness, mental sharpness, sleep quality, and overall performance to see if the drink helped reduce fatigue and improve recovery.
