Summary

This study is testing whether a single dose of a nutritional ketone supplement can affect how the brain uses energy and influence drinking behavior in people with mild to moderate alcohol use disorder. Participants will receive the supplement or a placebo and then have brain scans and participate in controlled drinking sessions. The goal is to see if the supplement changes brain activity and reduces the desire to drink alcohol.
