Can a daily drink slow Aging's toll on strength and immunity?
NCT ID NCT06645847
Summary
This study is testing whether a daily food supplement containing ketones can help improve muscle strength, mobility, and immune function in adults aged 65 and older who are starting to experience physical decline. About 180 participants will be randomly assigned to take either the ketone supplement or a placebo daily for 20 weeks. Researchers will measure changes in physical performance, fatigue, and markers of health through blood tests and questionnaires.
