Summary

This study looked at how a four-week ketogenic diet affects cholesterol and blood vessel health in healthy adults with a normal weight compared to those with obesity. Researchers wanted to see if the diet raises 'bad' cholesterol more in people with a healthy BMI. Participants ate only study-provided meals and had their blood and blood vessel function tested before and after the diet.
