Summary

This study tested whether ketamine or magnesium sulphate provides better pain relief after laparoscopic gallbladder removal. 78 adults were randomly assigned to receive one of the two drugs right after surgery. Pain levels were measured over 24 hours. The goal is to find a more effective way to manage post-operative pain.
