Summary

This study compared two medications, ketamine and lidocaine, to see which one works better for pain after keyhole gallbladder removal surgery. 76 patients were randomly assigned to receive one of the drugs during their operation. Researchers measured their pain levels for 24 hours after surgery to determine which medication provided more effective and longer-lasting relief.
