Summary

This pilot study tests whether combining ketamine injections with talk therapy is a safe and acceptable treatment for moderate-to-severe methamphetamine use disorder. Seventeen participants who are publicly insured and at risk for HIV will receive three doses of ketamine along with therapy sessions. The study focuses on whether people find this approach helpful and if it reduces meth use over three months.
