Summary
This study aims to find the lowest dose of ketamine that produces a measurable brain signal in healthy volunteers. Researchers will use brain scans to see how the drug affects brain activity, hoping this method can later help test new schizophrenia medications. The study involves 35 healthy adults who will receive two small, weight-based ketamine doses during MRI scans at least a week apart.
