New silicone implant aims to restore hand function in arthritis patients

Summary
This study is testing a silicone joint implant called KeriFlex® for people with arthritis in the hand (rheumatoid, degenerative, or traumatic). The goal is to see if the implant improves hand function and is safe over time. About 86 adults who need joint replacement in their finger joints will take part and be followed for at least 6 months.
