Summary
This study looks at using a specific guide (the Alfonso nomogram) to place small plastic rings inside the cornea of people with keratoconus, a condition that causes the cornea to thin and bulge. The goal is to see if this approach improves vision and eye shape. The study involves 25 adults aged 18 to 35 with moderate progressive keratoconus.
