Scientists map eyes to build custom vision lenses
NCT ID NCT06859398
Summary
This study collected detailed measurements of eye shape and vision quality from 52 adults with keratoconus, a condition that warps the cornea and distorts sight. Researchers used non-invasive scans to map the eye's surface and measure optical imperfections. The goal was to gather real-world data to help design more comfortable and effective custom-fitted contact lenses for this population.
