Summary

This study aims to find the best community-based strategies to increase COVID-19 vaccination rates in Kentucky. Researchers will test whether health communication campaigns alone, or combined with local support programs, work better than standard care. The study involves about 150 adults in each of 15 Appalachian Kentucky counties, focusing on medically underserved communities.
