Summary
This study looks at whether removing keloids surgically and then applying a radioactive patch (32P) can prevent them from returning. Keloids are harmless but can be itchy, painful, and affect how people feel about their appearance. The study will follow 401 people for two years to see how well the treatment works and what factors influence success.
