Summary
This early study tested whether a new tablet form of an experimental drug (KBP-5074) behaves the same way in the body as an existing capsule form. Twenty healthy volunteers took single doses of either the tablet or capsule to compare how the drug is absorbed and processed. The goal was to gather data to help decide which form and dose to use in future studies with patients.
