Summary

This phase 3 trial tests whether KarXT (a combination of xanomeline and trospium chloride) can prevent relapse in people with schizophrenia. Participants who have had a recent hospitalization for schizophrenia and still have symptoms will receive KarXT or a placebo. The study measures how long it takes for a relapse to occur and tracks side effects.
