New hope drug enters first human tests for tough blood cancers
NCT ID NCT04077307
Summary
This is a very early study to check if a new drug called Karonudib is safe and tolerable for people with advanced blood cancers like leukemia and lymphoma. It will involve a small group of patients whose disease has come back or hasn't responded to standard treatments. The main goal is to find a safe dose and schedule for future testing, while also looking for any early signs that the drug might help.
