This study looks at whether regular karate practice can boost the quality of life, self-esteem, and sleep of medical students. Many medical students struggle with anxiety and depression, and karate may offer a simple, drug-free way to help. Researchers will enroll 90 third- or fourth-year health students at the University of Angers and track changes in their well-being and academic performance over time.
