NCT ID NCT07116291
Summary
This study is testing whether regular karate practice can improve the mental health and quality of life of medical students, who often experience high stress and anxiety. Researchers will enroll 90 students from the University of Angers to see if karate helps with self-esteem, sleep, and academic focus. The goal is to find a simple, accessible activity to ease student distress without using medication.
