Summary

This study aims to find the safest way to stop sirolimus medication in children with kaposiform hemangioendothelioma, a rare blood vessel tumor. Researchers will compare three different tapering schedules in 120 patients who have already responded well to treatment. The main goal is to prevent the tumor from growing back after stopping the medication.
