Summary
This early-stage study tests a new medicine called KAN-004 in 21 adults who have diarrhea or colon inflammation from cancer immunotherapy. The main goal is to see if the drug is safe and tolerable. Participants must have a solid tumor treated with an immune checkpoint inhibitor and be able to swallow capsules.
