Summary

This study will follow 20,000 Korean adults who have had a heart attack to collect data on their treatment and recovery. The goal is to build a nationwide registry that helps doctors understand what works best for Korean patients and create better risk prediction tools. Participants will be observed over time, but no new treatments are being tested.
