Summary
This study is testing whether a new weekly injection called KAI-9531 can help people with obesity lose weight. About 250 adults without diabetes will receive either the real injection or a placebo (a dummy shot with no medicine) for 48 weeks. The main goal is to see how much body weight changes and if the treatment is safe.
