Experimental DMD infusion: first safety check in just 3 boys

NCT ID NCT06114056

First seen Mar 25, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 6 times

Summary

This early-stage study tests a single intravenous dose of JWK007 in 3 boys aged 5-10 with Duchenne muscular dystrophy (DMD). The main goal is to check safety and side effects, while also looking at whether it helps muscle function. It is a very small, first-in-human trial, so it focuses on safety rather than proving the treatment works.
