Doctors track safety of bone plates in kids and adults
NCT ID NCT05245617
Summary
This study monitored a specific bone plate system (JuniOrtho) that is already in use. Researchers looked at the medical records of 30 patients who had the plates implanted to treat leg deformities or fractures. The goal was to collect real-world information on how safe the plates are and how well they help bones heal correctly.
