New hope for lung cancer patients when targeted drugs fail
NCT ID NCT06868836
First seen May 23, 2026 · Last updated Jun 13, 2026 · Updated 5 times
Summary
This study tests a new drug called JS207, which targets two proteins (PD-1 and VEGF) that help cancer grow and hide from the immune system. It is given together with chemotherapy or another experimental drug (JS212) to people with advanced non-small cell lung cancer whose tumors have specific gene changes and no longer respond to targeted therapy (TKIs). About 78 participants will receive treatment every 3 weeks to see if the combination can shrink tumors and how safe it is.
