Summary
This study tested a copycat version (biosimilar) of the cancer drug nivolumab (Opdivo®) combined with another drug (Yervoy®) in people with advanced melanoma that cannot be removed by surgery or has spread. The goal was to see if the biosimilar works as well and is as safe as the original. The study was stopped early and involved 52 adults.
