Summary

This study tests whether a 2-week gratitude journaling activity is doable and helpful for people with long-term jaw pain (TMD) and other chronic pain conditions. 60 adults will try the journal at home and report on pain levels and daily life impact. The goal is to see if this simple, low-cost approach can ease symptoms.
