Tracking young lives after joint replacement
NCT ID NCT04294693
Summary
This study aims to understand how total hip or knee replacements affect the quality of life and function of children and young adults. It focuses on patients who needed the surgery for reasons other than a solid tumor, such as side effects from leukemia treatment, injury, or congenital conditions. Researchers are collecting standard health data and using questionnaires to measure pain, mobility, and overall well-being over time.
