Can a good job help veterans beat opioid addiction?
NCT ID NCT05388812
Summary
This study is testing whether a special job placement and support program helps Veterans recovering from opioid addiction find and keep meaningful work. Researchers will compare this program to standard vocational rehab to see which leads to more weeks of employment. They also want to learn if having a job helps Veterans stick with their treatment, improves their mental health, and makes them feel more connected to their community.
