Can better job support cut costs and help people with mental illness work more?

NCT ID NCT07206316

Summary

This study aims to find out if a specific job support program (called IPS) is more cost-effective than standard social worker support at helping unemployed adults with severe mental disorders get and keep regular jobs. It will follow 234 participants in France for 18 months, comparing how many days they work and the associated costs of each support method. The goal is to see which approach provides better value for money while improving work outcomes.
