New pill targets Hard-to-Treat cancers in early human trial

This early-phase study tests an experimental tablet, JMKX005425, in people with advanced solid tumors that have high microsatellite instability or mismatch repair deficiency. The main goals are to check the drug's safety and find the right dose. About 102 participants will take the drug by mouth, and researchers will also look for signs that the tumors shrink.
