Can a weekly injection protect the joints of hemophilia patients?

NCT ID NCT05643560

Summary

This study is observing adults with hemophilia A who are taking the medication Jivi to see if long-term use improves their joint health. Researchers will use ultrasound scans to check the condition of participants' joints before starting Jivi and again after two years of treatment. The goal is to gather real-world evidence on whether this preventative treatment helps protect joints from damage caused by bleeding episodes.
