Summary
This study aims to find the best treatment plan for children with juvenile idiopathic arthritis (JIA) when their first biologic medication stops working. Researchers will compare four different medication options across 400 children aged 2-17 to determine which sequence works best. The goal is to move from trial-and-error treatment to a smarter, more precise approach that controls disease activity and improves quality of life.
