Major trial aims to end guesswork for kids whose arthritis drugs stop working
NCT ID NCT06654882
Summary
This study aims to find the best next medication for children with juvenile idiopathic arthritis (JIA) when their first standard biologic drug stops working well. It will compare three newer types of approved medications against trying a second drug from the same class as the first. The goal is to create a smarter, more precise treatment plan to better control the disease and improve children's daily lives.
