Summary
This study tested two different physical therapy techniques—Kaltenborn mobilization and active release technique—to help people who developed jaw tightness and pain after radiation treatment for head and neck cancer. 115 adults who had finished radiation at least 6 months earlier took part. The goal was to see which method better improves mouth opening and reduces jaw pain.
