New injection tested to ease chronic jaw pain

Summary
This study is testing if a combination treatment works better for jaw muscle pain. Participants with jaw pain will wear a mouth splint and receive either no injection, a granisetron injection, or a lidocaine injection into the jaw muscle. Researchers will compare the three groups to see which best reduces pain and improves jaw movement over six months.
