Summary
This study looked at the safety and effectiveness of the drug JARDIANCE® when taken daily for a long time by people with chronic heart failure in Japan. About 1,200 patients who had never taken this drug before were followed to track side effects, deaths, and hospital visits. The goal was to see how well the drug works in everyday medical practice.
