Massive study to track heart failure drug in everyday use

Summary
This study aims to see how well the medication Jardiance works and how safe it is for people in China with a common type of heart failure (HFpEF) in real-world hospital settings. It will follow 3,000 adult patients who are newly starting Jardiance to track their health outcomes. The main goal is to see if taking Jardiance reduces the combined risk of being hospitalized for heart failure or dying from heart-related causes.
