Summary

This is the first study in people to test a new drug called JANX007 for men with advanced prostate cancer that has spread and no longer responds to standard hormone-blocking treatments. The main goals are to find a safe dose and see how the body handles the drug. Researchers will also look for early signs that the drug might help control the cancer.
