Summary
This early-stage study tested a new cancer drug called JAB-8263 in 41 adults with advanced solid tumors that had stopped responding to standard treatments. The main goals were to find the highest safe dose and check for side effects. Researchers also looked for early signs that the drug might help shrink tumors.
